How buying works

From scroll to doorstep in four steps.

You see the seller, talk to the seller, and pay without the usual worry about what will actually show up.

  1. Discover

Scroll posts, clips and live streams from sellers and creators. Tap a tagged item to see the product.

  2. Ask the seller

Message the seller about sizes, colours or delivery before you pay. The chat stays attached to your order.

Chat with Adaeze Styles asking if an Adire kaftan is available in size L
  3. Pay into escrow

Check out from one or many stores in your local currency. Your payment is held by Nantty, not sent to the seller yet.

Escrow on every order

What you ordered is what you pay for.

Nantty holds your payment until your order is in your hands. Try it: watch the example order move, then confirm delivery.

  • The seller waits, not youYour money sits in escrow from checkout until you confirm delivery. No transfer to a stranger's account.
  • Something wrong? Raise itIf the item is missing, damaged or not as described, open a dispute before confirming. The money stays held while it is reviewed.
  • One checkout, many storesBuy from several sellers in one cart. Each seller is paid separately, only for what you received from them.

Badges and official stores

Know exactly who you are buying from.

Verification badges tell you who is behind an account. Brands can claim their profile and open an official store, and fakes can be reported from any product or post.

  • People and creators

    Blue badge

A personal account whose identity Nantty has checked.

  • Businesses and brands

    Gold badge

A verified business. Gold brands can run an official store, so you know the product comes from the brand itself.

  • Government

    Black badge

An official government body or public institution, such as a ministry or regulator.

Brands and official stores. Look for the Official Store label on product pages. Every order, from a small seller or a big brand, is paid in your local currency and held in escrow until you confirm delivery.

Creator Program

Creators get paid here too.

Join the Creator Program in the app and earn from the content you already make. Earnings show in your local currency and withdraw to your bank account.

  • Go live and receive giftsStream your talk show, music, game or class. Fans send gifts during your lives and they land in your creator earnings. You do not need a store.
  • Affiliate commissionsPromote products from sellers you trust. You earn a commission once the buyer's order is confirmed and escrow is released.
  • Ad revenue shareEarn a share of the revenue from ads shown alongside your posts and clips.
  • SubscriptionsOffer monthly or yearly plans with subscriber-only clips, posts and lives for your biggest fans.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Nantty?

Nantty is a shopping app built around social content. Sellers and creators post photos, clips, stories and live streams, and you can buy what you see from their stores inside the same app.

How does escrow protect me?

When you pay, Nantty holds the money instead of sending it straight to the seller. The seller is paid only after you confirm the order arrived as described. If something is wrong, you can open a dispute before confirming and the money stays held while it is reviewed.

What currency will I pay in?

Prices are shown in your local currency based on where you are. If Nantty does not support your country yet, you will see prices in US dollars.

Can I buy from more than one seller at once?

Yes. Add products from different stores to one cart and check out once. Each seller ships their part and is paid separately when you confirm their delivery.

Who can sell on Nantty?

Businesses and individual sellers can apply to open a store. Applications are reviewed before a store goes live, so buyers know they are dealing with real sellers.

What do the blue, gold and black badges mean?

Blue is a verified personal account, such as a creator. Gold is a verified business or brand, and gold brands can run an official store. Black is an official government account. Badges only appear after Nantty has checked who is behind the account.

Can creators earn on Nantty?

Yes. Through the Creator Program you can receive gifts when you go live, earn affiliate commissions on products you promote, get a share of ad revenue on your content, and offer paid subscriptions to your fans.

When and where does Nantty launch?

Nantty launches first across Nigeria, on iPhone and Android, with more countries after. Get the app on iPhone or Android, or shop from the web app in your browser.
